Usage Guidelines

Curing System

LC-9007 requires careful temperature control during curing to achieve optimal high-temperature properties. Post-curing at elevated temperatures is recommended for maximum performance.

Recommended System:

Cobalt accelerator: 0.2-0.4% + MEKP catalyst: 1.5-2.5% by weight + Post-cure at 150-180°C

Processing Method

Suitable for hand lay-up, prepreg, RTM, and compression molding processes. Requires controlled processing conditions for optimal high-temperature performance.

Storage Conditions

  • • Store in cool, dry place (15-25°C)
  • • Keep away from heat and direct sunlight
  • • Ensure containers are tightly sealed
  • • Storage life: 3 months (uninitiated, dark place, 20°C) at 20°C
  • • Monitor viscosity changes over time

Quality Control

  • • Monitor gel time and viscosity regularly
  • • Verify heat deflection temperature
  • • Test mechanical properties at temperature
  • • Ensure proper post-curing schedule
  • • Follow aerospace/automotive standards
