Usage Guidelines

Curing System

LC-9001S requires the addition of both accelerator and catalyst for optimal curing. The vinyl ester chemistry provides excellent chemical resistance while maintaining good processing characteristics.

Recommended System:

Cobalt accelerator: 0.2-0.5% + MEKP catalyst: 1.0-2.0% by weight

Processing Method

Suitable for hand lay-up, spray-up, filament winding, and RTM processes. Excellent for manufacturing chemical-resistant equipment and structures.

Storage Conditions

  • • Store in cool, dry place (15-25°C)
  • • Keep away from heat sources and light
  • • Ensure containers are tightly sealed
  • • Storage life: 3 months (uninitiated, dark place, 20°C) at 20°C
  • • Protect from moisture and contamination
