Curing Conditions

Room temperature curing for 24 hours, followed by post-curing at 40°C, 60°C, and 80°C for 2 hours each.

Usage Guidelines

Curing System Selection

When using LC-5940 resin in pultrusion processes, select the curing system based on specific equipment, products, process temperature, and pultrusion speed factors.

Recommended Initiators:

  • • BPO: 0.5% - 2.0%
  • • TBPB: 0.5% - 1.5%

Material Control

Pay attention to controlling the moisture content of glass fiber, fillers, pigment paste, and other materials. Ensure compatibility between pigment paste and unsaturated polyester resin.

Storage Requirements

  • Store in original packaging below 25°C in dry indoor conditions
  • Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources
  • Keep away from open flames - flammable material
